Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses Mullahc Edu v2: schools, their staff, parents, guardians and learners, on the website and in the My Shule app. By signing in you agree to them.

Who provides the service

Mullahc Edu v2 is provided by Mullahc. Each school that uses Mullahc Edu v2 has its own account. The school decides who gets access and what they can see.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done with your sign-in.
• Your school created your account or invited you. If you leave the school, it may remove your access.
• Tell your school straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

The school's role

Your school enters and manages records about learners, families and staff. The school owns that information and decides how long it is kept. Questions about marks, fees, attendance or any record should go to the school.

Subscriptions

Schools pay for Mullahc Edu v2 by subscription. If a school's subscription is unpaid, its system may be paused for its users until payment is made. Data is never deleted because of a missed payment.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service. See the acceptable use policy.

Messages and payments

SMS, email and app notifications are sent on behalf of your school. Fee payments made through M-Pesa or other methods go to the school's own accounts; questions about a payment go to the school.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may update the service to improve it.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees the school paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
